Department of Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Intensive care units are one of the evolving and highly demanded fields in recent times and considered as the backbone of every hospital; courtesy providing support to all medical and surgical allied fields.
Central Park Teaching Hospital is proudly equipped with one of the finest, state of the art ICU, which is no less than any other highly ranked ICUs across the country.
The institute has separate medical and surgical ICUs, which have sixteen and nine beds respectively with one to one nursing care. It possesses all the recent equipment to combat any medical or surgical catastrophe.
The department offers all the noninvasive facilities like:
- CPAP
- BIPAP
- High flow oxygen
Moreover, invasive procedures like:
- Arterial Lines
- Central Lines
- Hemodialysis Catheters
- Pacemaker
- Invasive Mechanical Ventilation
